    Well from what I understand, you only take more than 5g for a couple weeks, then only take 5g after for maintenance. Try cutting back to 5g a day and see if that works.

    Do you take it all in one shot? I'm only doing 5g and I can't notice a difference so maybe try splitting up your intake if you're not? I'm currently using Legion, only gripe is it doesn't stay dissolved well.

    3500 calories per pound, so do the math on how fast you want to lose it to determine the deficit you want. Also keep in mind if you go into too much of a deficit you could cause muscle atrophy. Most places recommend 1-2 pounds week so 500 calorie deficit should work.
