yeah my first thought was that this is pretty bad timing to announce a classic progression server. i hope it doesn't push daybreak's legal team over the edge.

oh yeah, the other news from the stream is that they officially announced a new blue server sometime way after Velious comes out. it will basically be a seasonal server. it will start from day 1 of EQ with just classic content and progress through all the updates at a set pace. and then when...

the initial release is probably going to be a clusterfuck anyway. if you haven't played in a long time then i would say wait until a month or two after release to come back. let things die down a bit, let the no-lifers wear themselves out first before you dive in.

i don't think they even have the data to restore them to their old states anymore. i recall CT being in its 50+ state during velious on vulak. i'm not sure what they did with paw.

won't help that they will not be able to restore Temple of Cazic Thule or Infected Paw back to their original states.

was just resolved on..... friday or saturday night, i forget which. just tried, i can't recreate my Pharmakos. maybe Maelfyn just nerfed me. =p

that bug got resolved on the test server, vitality.... with the unintended side-effect of making it impossible to delete a character and recreate one with the same name.

they changed the AC camp in SRo a patch or three ago... i believe that now he will indeed only spawn at night, but just about anything in the desert area can be a PH for him.

there are four spectres in qeynos catacombs. nice big zone experience modifier in that zone. and no one is ever there. enter the catacombs from the hidden passage below the warrior guild.

idk, there are at least a couple explanations i can think of. first being "hey, i messed up." second being "hey, i owed a lot of money to my drug dealer." both understandable imo.
