Maybe that is my problem. With fiction I often divorce myself completely emotionally from characters and just enjoy the ride. All these deaths of the "good guys" is what makes GoT such an outstanding story. So I'm happy it happened and I like it happened. Because it makes for a great story.

Check out my sig for my new build. Basically focuses exclusively on CDR, Elite% and Fire%. Specs for maximum free dmg%. Works oddly well. Don't exactly have the best gear for it at the moment.

Bul'Kathos weapons are decent now. I'm using an my fire build with IK and the Bul'Kathos weapons. The main issue right now is the proc seems to have a pretty decent ICD. It isn't reliable to be up for every elite pack. When it does proc it melts pretty hard.

AFAIK they turn on/off those buffs hot to the server without downtime. I believe this downtime is to fix the crashing issue in rifts.

If you swap out the RoRG and move away from Aughild's you could bracer with Strongarm to get the 30% debuff if you move your Leap rune to Arreat. Possibly use the suck-in Ground Stomp rune to maintain the debuff between Leap cooldowns as well.
