As long as you do terminals to get the two fortune cards daily you'll be swimming in boost bars. I have I think 20+ RIF 100% bars, ~15'ish 50% RIF potions, 10+ 100% XP bars, 20+ 50% XP potions and a handful of SIF bars. I haven't bought any of them.

I don't have the numbers off hand but IAS and CD were both nerfed on amulets. I forget about CC. I know my tri-fecta crafted pre-patch amulet has higher rolls on the three main tri-fecta stats than can currently roll on the neck slot. I believe same deal with my 1H axe which has like a 39% CD...

My legacy 1H axe still has all it's crit damage in place. My legacy amulet also has all it's pre-nerf IAS/CD/CC rolls as well.

I ran with 300% RIF using that 200% potion and other buffs for 12 hours. I found one unique on my Deadpool lol. This was even doing bugged Fisk runs. Prior to that I was running naked RIF and I got like 5 uniques in maybe 6 hours.

Actually I believe I was incorrect. I forgot there was that thing a while ago where people would get a bunch of un-ID'd legendaries then copy over to PTR and unwrap them. They'd sell the un-ID'd ones in that state then just ID and auction the good ones.

Unless your gear is really bad may as well just do it on Torment 1. The majority of the time will be spent just running from point to point. Isn't like the maps get smaller on normal.

Yeah it would be nice if you could reset an Act and do it story mode. As it sits I'm never going to reset my quests again because the prospect of doing Act2 and post-Siegebreaker Act3 is too painful.

That 200 minerals slows down everything. If he just opens bio then that is just wasted cost. So if you throw a warren down blindly you are suddenly down 5 drones for no benefit.
