They're all over south Texas and most of the counties there don't do no knock warrants. The county I live in currently the sheriff has said they don't do no knock because he's afraid of the citizens who are all well armed.

You could try using a roofing clip to help support a seam where you don't have a joist, but I wouldn't recommend it. It's not designed to hold weight, only to keep your roof sheathing from buckling.

Your main floor joist that span the entire thing that sit on the concrete really should have been 16 or 24" on center. If not you're going to run into issues on where to split your plywood as well as sag. All 4 edges of you plywood need to sit on something.

Now you're talking my neck of the woods. At one time I thought of doing some fishing in the marsh but visibility kind of sucks in a lot of places as you're not higher than the marsh grass and you have to avoid coon asses going 60 who have been drinking all day.

It's nice when you get bored to walk out and catch a few fish. I have some catfish also so I feed them dog food which my nieces and nephews enjoy watching them all surface to get a bite. Most hardware stores or feed stores here sell pelletized food for catfish or whatever else you can throw out...

Most people here use packing mud if they have sandy soils to keep from losing the water. You don't even have to take it out of the bag, just place it on the bottom and let the pond fill up and the bag gets soaked and becomes an effective water barrier. Which area of the country? I can...

You could just put the the floor joist on your concrete deals and put the floor right down on that without having a floor joist and a support under it on the concrete deal.
