Rangers have solid aggro in classic and everyone being naked means there's no huge AC gap from gear. Can easily tank 1-50 and any extra mana being expended on healing the Ranger is countered by not having to heal half the people in the group constantly because the warrior can't hold aggro. TLDR...

Well I ordered one of those 4 way LG 43" monitors that a lot of trueboxers use, so I'm locked into playing something somewhere, will definitely play on this server in some fashion.

Most of the hard work is in the first 60 levels and you get like 6 months to get a few alts up there which even many casuals manage. After that it's just 5 levels every few months which is easy. Especially if you box because you can just rotate an alt into your group to catch it up, then swap...

I liked Freeport human for classic SK, put your points in strength and you can do just fine and not be encumbered. The origin is nice and central too, Guk, Sol A/B, CL tunnel all a short run away.
