Were those singles?
Seeing the weights, that doesn't sound as bad anymore.
I don't include warmups in my set count, but on days where I did deadlift singles, I would end up doing quite a bit of "sets." 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 345x1, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1, 420x1. That'd be 9 sets working...
