I started incorporating drop sets into a few exercises during my cut (so around Spring). Mostly on exercises that I wanted additional hypertrophy on. Bicep curls, hamstring curls, side lateral raises, and rows. I suppose if I started including my warmup in what I pay attention to, it'd be...

I feel like mono teams are much harder (luck on rolls) to put together than rainbow. I've pretty much pulled 2 of each color so far (3 fire, 1 thunder), and of those I generally get one good and one shit/ok. Like, dean is awesome, but copra is shit (until we get whatever update makes him #1)...

Were those singles? Seeing the weights, that doesn't sound as bad anymore. I don't include warmups in my set count, but on days where I did deadlift singles, I would end up doing quite a bit of "sets." 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 345x1, 365x1, 385x1, 405x1, 420x1. That'd be 9 sets working...

Jesus, what have you been doing to get that high? I've been at work dumping my arena orbs whenever they spawn, and doing the metal parades, and I'm stuck in the 800's (had been 400-700's until this morning).

I thought this is what everyone did? The printer industry is all about the margins on ink, not printers. They sell you the printer cheap hoping that you'll refill the ink. It's exactly like a drug dealer giving you the first one free. In this case though, it's not addictive. So you run out of...

I was thinking the same thing. And Himeo, to your last post, it's because the vast majority of the population is completely oblivious to anything nutrition related. Yes, you're absolutely correct that people are retarded about things like carbs. But that doesn't mean that your whole sugar is...

Motherfucker. Twice now I've been scrolling through the Brave rewards thing, and apparently trying to scroll over the purchase button buys something. It doesn't ask if you really want to spend points. Bought a god damn brute elixer and fire seal by accident. Asshole game.

I think the big thing will probably be to find the group of people you're going to family with and starting off at minute one with them. Party up and you can get shared quest credit kills. Share your farms when you get to that point and start growing everything for every turn in from the first...

Ran a thunder this time with a healer and it went much better. Also have a two 5* units too, so that may have something to do with it as well. Ran into 2 dark totems and the end one, and only had to use potions at the very end cause he AOE BB'd like 4 times in a row.

I think if I had brought a healing unit for the totem run I would've been better off. My big issue was getting torn up by AOE BB's, and if I could've healed up every 5 or so rounds without potions, that would've helped a lot. Also, is it worth rolling for Rickel/Amy/Kikuri right now? My...

I still don't know what I'm doing (only the beta as a F2P), but at about level 10 you should've seen a crafting quest line start. The quests all have a little sprout looking thing instead of exclamation mark. The first one is planting a potato and then getting a scarecrow, followed by tradepack.

Holy shit, that totem dungeon is no joke. Had to expend every single item to make it through. Doesn't help that I had a light totem in round 3 which really kicked my ass. Then again, I wanted a light totem to evo my Lilith, so that's good I suppose. So now I've got my 5* Lilith and can evo my...

The only reason I'm just a little apprehensive about this is that I'm putting my faith in PRX for me to have a good time (and to accept us into their organization). That's actually not a bad idea. Bring back drop kicks and have the QB doing them. I guess you could just have your backup QB do it if you're worried about injury. It'd definitely make the game more exciting. And the NFL loves extra offense.

My understanding was that they wrote the books specifically to be adapted into a TV show. So I'd imagine the same writers, or at least the book and show writers had major collaboration. If the source material is so piss poor though, why even bother adapting it? And even more, why adapt it...

To me it's just an amazing amount of people acting completely illogical. Take the plane survivors, where only the pilot acts rationally and thinks, "Maybe I should go to a doctor." You're a lawyer, so let's just say you're moderately intelligent. You just got off a plane whereeveryonebut you...

This show is fucking terrible. I'll give it one more episode because it's Guillermo del Toro, but so far there's almost nothing positive to say about it. I think the worst part is the forced character development with tired tropes like the custody shit and alcoholism. It's just bad.

I actually think most of them probably are capable of it...in practice. The problem is that during a game you have the other team trying to block it. This is how I've climbed so fast (right behind moontayle right now). Beating someone who's much higher than you gives 150-200 generally (max 200). Losing to that person only knocks you down 10. It's kind of a retarded system. If you challenge someone lower than you, you can end up losing hundreds.
