I like when they do commentary non-stop for 5 minutes, and then finally get quiet on a zoomed in player (Shaw) and he drops an F-bomb.

    Rent Vs. Buy housing

That's precisely the reason I thought about buying recently (and the historically low interest rates). People buy houses with equity. It's a fact in the modern market. No one can afford a >$500,000 house, unless you're making high 6 figures or better. But people CAN ride their increases in...

This only works for so long, essentially during the novice/early intermediate phases of lifting. Eventually it's just impossible to make weekly progress. Although above, I noted that at 195 he shouldn't be stalling out already. Maybe if he were in the mid-200's with his current body weight...

Then I will tell you what I tell lots of people: Pick a goal. Do you want to lose that fat, or put on muscle? You can't do both (reasonably). If it's more important that you lose that last little bit of fat, you really will likely stall out for the foreseeable future. You'll probably even...

That's a terribly small amount of food. Depending on how much snacking you're actually doing, it's probably only like 1400-1800 calories. Above you said you're 175...so I have no idea what you're doing. You're eating like you're a 100 pound woman, or 300 pound idiot trying to cut their weight...

You're not going to get fat overnight. Up your calories 2-300 or so a day for a month and see what happens. Worst case is you gain like 5 pounds of fat. It sounds like you really want to run, so after that month if you're feeling like it isn't working, you can run them off pretty quickly...

Eating before bed gives your body something to burn while you sleep, making your metabolism work more. You should probably stick to something that digests slowly though, like casein. Generally most people wake up feeling shitty if they eat carbs before bed, so you may want to avoid those. But...

Fuck, man. So I'm in LA for work, and there's a Lebanese place down the street (although it's "Mediterranean" cuisine). I thought of the posts a week ago or whatever and went and got a gyro. That was one of the most delicious damn things I've had in a long time. I got the gyro plate though...

I think they say body weight bench is what the "average" male can do. I've never understood that though, when the average person is now like 800 pounds in the US. But I'd say the ability to bench your body weight is becoming increasingly rare and you should be pretty happy that you've come that...

Or you could go late at night. Gyms clear out around 7-8pm. I used to go in around 8 or so and it was pretty awesome. Going super early in a fasted state blows ass. It's decent if your goal is to lose fat, but if you're more focused on putting on muscle, that's not ideal.

That sounds retarded to me. I think if you just increase your water intake you'd be fine. My concern with eating those kinds of smoothies often would be the amount of sugars you're taking in, but even then, as long as you know what you're eating and can balance the rest of your macros out you're...

    2013 NFL Offseason and Draft

Just make sure the ingredients on your greek yogurt read, "Milk, cultures." Cultures can take several different names on yogurt I believe, but if you get something similar, you're good. If you see any other ingredients, it's probably not greek yogurt, it's basically a science concoction.

Was in a hurry when I responded to his post the first time. If you're not looking to be competitive in either one, you should be ok doing both. For running, I'd stick to compound full body movements focusing on hamstrings and glutes. Your quads will get plenty of work, and most people are quad...
