Using lightning strike and sometimes cull the weak. Herald of thunder procs frenzy charges with electrocute/nerual link I think as well. On bosses I LS until they are shocked, then Primal Strike 3 times for big dmg.

For some it's a non-issue but clean animations is a big thing for me as well. The almost running in place animation is a turn off but the game was really fun to play. I do hope they improve on it. It did improve from early-access to 1.0.
