Overclocking my Vega 56 and Ryzen 2600 I just ran a 2 minute fps test running around in Touissant (Witcher 3) with most settings on Ultra 4k with a few settings turned down, things I find acceptable to turn down for the performance gain and IQ loss, and averaged 58.6 fps. Not bad for a $250...

Division 1 gold edition is $9 on ubisoft right now, not sure I have the time to do anything with it though with DMC releasing in 2 days. Probably also no way to get through it before Div 2 drops? Worth?

Nah, but I'd look at the 34 inch ultrawides, especially if you're willing to buy a 2070. Buy an AMD proc for now, upgrade to Zen 2 and save money there.

Monitor is the single most important thing you buy for a computer, it can and should last longer than your computer. I'd spend a larger portion of my budget on it.

Does this game support HDR on pc? I guess there is no in game option but of course you can turn on Windows 10 HDR, looks like shit though so I'd guess the answer is no.

Well, zero overclock on my 2600 and vega 56 and I can maintain 60 fps @1440p ultra on Witcher 3 (4k screen won't go over 60 anyways) Pretty fucking pleased so far. Wonder if I can push 4k on an overclock with a few settings turned down.

I had terrible pop in on my pro too. They need to offer more pc like graphics options on consoles.

Depends what games, what resolution, and what framerate you'd like to achieve. I bought a Vega 56 blower style card for $250 with 3 games last week but I don't know you could get that deal again. A 580 should be able to handle most games at 1080 just fine and that also comes with 2 games these...

You can get a pc code off Steam Game Swap for $30-35, not sure if you need a Ryzen 5/7 or a recent AMD graphics card but I think from reading there is a way around that. (didn't someone in this thread do this?) I actually have 2 PC codes right now so I'll probably sell one myself too.

If I was going to buy a 2080 I'd probably be buying the Alienware AW3418DW 34" UW personally. Newegg is selling them on ebay for $749 right now. (I know a few people here have that monitor) I did hook my 4k display up to my PS4Pro though and god damn does Uncharted Lost Legacy look amazing...

I wouldn't be shocked if it tanks, a lot of fatigue with this genre right now. That said, they've given away a fuck ton of PC codes with graphics cards and cpus. You can probably get a PC key under $30 and launch is still 2 weeks out.
