For sausage gravy I would say just use any sausage gravy recipe, leave out the flour and use cream instead of milk, and just reduce it more than you normally would. Or, make a buerre blanc and just pour it directly over sausage and biscuits.

Pi 4 came today went to set it up and noticed it uses Micro HDMI instead of mini HDMI like my pi zero W does so now I have to buy another cable before I can use it. Meh!

Plus sous vide is still the best way to cook certain animal proteins like Chicken Breast, Pork Loin, Most fish. However, after the new car smell wore off my Anova I stopped using it for most cooking and went back to the old fashioned way. My dutch oven gets a way better workout than my Anova.
