Outlands is hands down better than Northrend for questing experience. Each quest hub is very compact and has a ton of quests. Zangarmarsh and Nagrand are by far the 2 best questing zones in the 60-80 range. The problem is that I am getting considerably less exp per quest turn in than I was 10...

Hrmmm. Leveling in the 60-80 range still seems fucked. I was getting like 22k per quest turn in in the level 50 range. Hit 60, went to outland and now I only get like 15k per quest turn in.

Just recently started leveling a Nightborne Warlock and did 20-60 in 17 hours /played. Most of that leveling was done after they nerfed the amount of exp needed and lowered mob hp and damage. However, leveling to 60 doesn't really matter anymore as I don't think it boosts any of your professions...

Also, the leveling changes are huge. Way, way better. About 25-35 minutes per level when questing and you get like a whole level or more in dungeons now when doing the random dungeon queue. Much, much better than it was. Almost back to pre 7.3.5
