You can lvl up faster by ignoring side quests for the most til 35+ or, and just concentrate on doing Faction missions / Town Board along with moving your MSQ along as needed.

Yea, in towns the game feels unplayable and that number is high. When I run the game in its uncapped mode, that number will go as low as 13, but when I cap it at 60, the number stays at 16. What part of my system effects frame timing?

So would this image, from New Worlds fps counter, be showing the FPS + Frame timing? That was taken while in town. The FPS can go down to 34-ish, and the other number can go up to 45-ish. Outside of towns, the fps stays in the 58-72 range, with the other number staying at 13-18.
