Mona is really strong. There are a couple issues with her that I dislike: 1) dodging, its an awkward animation and I think switching off from her after a dodge is slower than anyone else, 2) has an annoying ambient sound.

Rust can be good since you have C1 Fischl, but I'm thinking Favonis is better overall whether you're using Fischl as support or main dps. As dps, to make the most of her, you would want to be able to get her Ult up quickly to have Oz out all the time.
