Lavaisoth drops fewer deco's, but has a better chance at higher rarities. People seem to die more often vs. Lava-derp than vs. Jagras.

Jagras is all about decorations. Best run for me has been 38 decorations.

Been too long since I played consistently, but after Rhino I'd suggest Nova. As for weapons, eh, whatever works. Maybe try for AK Stiletto, but I'm sure there are tons more options now.
