Looking for a program that will let me import an image with text on it and then translate that text (better than google translate), either by scanning the entire image or by having me highlight/select the area with text.

Wooo, there sure are some Anthem white knights in the Anthem reddit. Its rare to see so much mental gymnastics taking place to justify a $20 skin in a $60 game (and man do they dislike Apex).

Has anyone who recieved a friend invite in the past 7hrs or so got the invite in the email? I'm beginning to think they've disabled invites to keep the server pop down, since I've yet to get anything in my email.

They may have disabled friend invites at the moment, but if they did not, you login at the beta website, then use the friendlist there to invite (I think). The people you invite will get an email with the code that they redeem at the beta site.

Wraith girl has a portal ability where she drops the entry port, then has to run to wherever they want the exit port to be (dunno if there is a time limit for exit placement), which can be really nice. The Robot has an ability to make those tether lines that ppl can then use to get to wherever...

If the second run through had been streamlined a bit more, I think the game would have flowed better into the final run.

I'm glad SWANS were mentioned in here, they are one of my favorite bands. If anyone is unfamiliar with them, I urge you check them out and listen to stuff throughout their career. Some really amazing stuff. And a lot more.

Eh? The game is available to ANYONE who wants to buy it... if you want the game and refuse to buy it because its on some other "store"... well, that 100% on you (not you specifically) being stupid. Its not like you have to pay for access to the Epic store before you can even buy the game.
