I guess I am missing what you mean by "hollow" in regards to fps shooters / Destiny. Destiny 2 is certainly "more" than D1 in PvE, the changes to the Patrols makes that clear, but whether those changes are fun... I can't say yet, since I haven't played that content. It is easy to look back at D1...

Do we know if they will be implementing the systems they had in D1 at the end, like the Strike scoring or a Taken version. Now that I think about it, isn't it odd that the Taken are still around since we killed/banished Oryx? I'd think they would just poof.

Gear seems to be static at the moment, in that all Nergal pulse rifles will have identical stats, same with armor pieces. I hope that the gear Mods we can farm will allow us to tweak the weapons / armor with perks from D1.

No. There is one more subclass, and one more "spec" for each that you will be able to earn at release, not sure how long it will take to unlock the other subclass or specs. I'm assuming that lvl cap is 20 until the first DLC.

Yea, the beta is a bit too limited in regards to PvE, they really should have opened up one of the Patrol areas given how they have added so much to that aspect of the game.

The 60+ fps and the ability to increase the FOV sold me the PC version, no hesitation. Don't have a 4k tv/monitor, so can't really comment. There should be quite a bit more than 10hrs of Story / After Story content.

Well, you'll be chaining whatever you find the most effective. There is a large selection of moves that you can put together for your combo, plus you can learn more moves by fighting in PvE, or sparring against a Mentor. There isn't much PvE to the game at the moment, basically a long-ish...

Hm, started watching some of the videos that Arekkz guy made for Monster Hunter World, and -that- game looks amazing. I've never played any of the MH series, but I think I'll be buying MHW when it comes out.
