I'm pretty sure you'll see PS4 games rival top PCs in the graphics dept. Besides being optimized out the ass, they have direct access to the hardware. As I understand it, PC games waste a ton of power with poor code.

Fairly certain we will have phase 3 in may. Open beta in June/July with an August/September launch. They are following that beta roadmap to a "T" so far. Plus phase 2 is only gonna be a couple weeks long.

Pretty much if you got into phase 1, you'll get into all of them. If you wanna know what's added, google the beta roadmap. They are sticking to that.
