It is faster. I know, that was hard to figure out. Obviously not, that would be unrealistic and break the immersion in a game about cat people, giant dragons, endless ressurection capabilites and omnipotent wizards.

    EVE: Valkyrie

Let's not talk about that one. Still, Eve is doing pretty well in an environment where everyone else is (or was) trying to catch up to WoW. And if CCP is not completely stupid (and the Rift catches on, instead of being a short-lived fad) they could carve out another niche, maybe even cannibalize...

Dragon Age: Inquisition (Plot Details in Spoilers!)

I will gladly pirate it. DA2 was just bad and let's not talk about how they handled Mass Effect 3; it would be very surprising if they've had a sudden influx of talent and common sense over there. Bioware is plain nuts these days.

    Everquest II

Where are you getting that number from? I think most expansion packs for EQ2 go for about 40 dollars and unless they've changed everything with the f2p conversion; buying the newest addon will give you access to all the previous ones.

I'm sad. Shooting and movement feel extremely clunky/jerky/awkward and everything at the same time, while commanding your squad in a realtime combat scenario is really distracting. Guess this would have been better as a straight up Enemy Unknown spin-off, sadly it's not.

    RIP Games for Windows Live

The digital storefront known as GFWL is having its plug permanately pulled soon, and the related DRM is being patched out in a number of games Says so in the article hodj linked. Would have been a pretty bold move otherwise, some of these games aren't that old.

The game's WoW 1.5 with a side dish of GW2 influenced combat. I think most people are just tired of "Collect 10 bear arses and 7 tainted livers" by now; the endgame is hardly going to be some kind of never seen before revolution of the genre. Honestly, it might be fun for a month or two, but...

If you want to kill reasonably fast, absolutely. Last time i played, i duoed pally/cleric with a buddy and we did some serious shit by carefully managing our cooldowns; was a lot of fun. But if you want some decent dps, switch out one of the healers. I would probably keep the bloodmage, the...

They sure as hell won't deliver on that promise, just like every other MMO developer, ever. As much as i'm annoyed by DLC in single player games, for 15 dollars you could get the Omega DLC for Mass Effect 3. I don't think i've ever seen a monthly MMO update that could compare to that, or any...

Can you actually get "clean" heists in this game? I was trying out a quick single-player mission (to get used to the controls) the other day and the little jewlery store turned into a warzone with dozens of dead swat guys. Eventually i crouched down next to the safe i was supposed to drill...

Yes, that is going to be one of the biggest changes in the game. You can't switch over to another ship whenever you like, instead you have your "mothership" and you can upgrade and expand it over the course of the game. I think you're still able to own additional ships, but can't pilot them...

Somebody post a picture, for science. I can't see that working out, did not end well in GW2 either, thanks to PvP. If you give a tank the tools to effectively cc a mob, you'd allow him to completely shut down another player in PvP aswell, no way that is going to make it into the game.

Skill 1 often works as a resource builder and since there is no autoattack toggle (and the skillset as a whole is limited in number), you best believe that you will be hitting that 1 like a motherfucker. Which is dumb and shouldn't be the case. But for some reason devs love doing stuff like...
