It is smart, because server merges translates as "DED GAEM" to the community. You risk bleeding even more subs as a result, even if current content is in a good place.

My PC is a few years old and I can run it on high no problem. The only time I ever experienced noticable frame drops was when I was doing the canned food quest and the factory floor was littered with like 40 corpses from all the waves of shit that kept coming lol

A better way of handling that Q&A session would probably be a) acknowledge the dedicated Diablo PC fanbase and understand why that may be a disappointment to them b) transition into trying to "sell" the mobile platform...say that while we are trying to reach a larger audience, we want feedback...

So they post it is fixed. I open launcher. Deletes my 50gb preload and starts DL from scratch. Why couldn't they put this on steam instead of their garbage launcher? I know the answer ($$$$$$), but it pisses me off. I'll be lucky to even get to try it tonight ;/

Don't open the launcher...it tried to redownload the entire game again for me and everyone is having the same issues apparently.
