Monks have to choose between buying cheap seal for order resources, or recruiting a celestial troop that has a hero ability. I picked the celestial, but it sucks that it only lasts 1 mission and it can run them without a champion accompanying it. Takes 12 hours to train a new one.

Zarya can counter hog hooks as well. Even if someone gets hooked, you have enough time to toss a bubble on them so the shotgun blast doesn't hurt them.

Oh I see now. 15% more armor and Brew-stache dodge lasts 4.5 seconds instead of 1.5. That is actually a nice change to Brew-stache, since 1.5 sec dodge is pretty shitty and it aligns it with the stagger boost time with our mitigation brew.

Ya, unless you and a teammate are eating a Rein firestrike at the sametime or some AOE attack, it will be much harder to get to the 80+ realm of energy charge when you factor in energy drop off and cooldowns on barriers.

Zarya is pretty well balanced. She does shit damage unless people are noobs and shoot her barriers. This nerf just makes her ramp up time a bit more if you aren't charging two barriers at the sametime.
