ArcCorp is easy to solve. Basically surround the planet with some type of shielding/barrier, so you limit where ships can enter. Then once they enter, ground bases controllers auto-pilot your ship down to pre-determined landing spots. Ditto for takeoffs.

To turn on different voices, when you launch the bnet launcher, if you go under the bnet launcher settings, you can select language. AFAIK this will let Overwatch know what language you want to use when you launch it.
