That was my impression too. Assuming you want all 4 sockets being auras to make these boots worthwhile you just dont have enough buttons for vaal skills and other neccessities.

I stopped using lightning spire traps/storm call...anything like that..just use storm brand. Run around and refresh them with brand recall and recasts when necessary. it took me just under 4 minutes to kill Uelder just now (timed it)
