I initiated a fight with a Sawtooth from stealth with an electric arrow and it stunned him, but I tried to stun mid fight to buy me some time to put some distance between us and got my butthole jammed. Maybe it was a fluke.

You just have to get good with the low bullet velocity, if I don't play for a few days I get my ass handed to me for a few hours before I get back to doing well. Not having a team that is aids helps tremendously. Haven't tried the DLC yet, hopefully tonight.
