Can confirm. Did shark wanted quest at roughly 430pm and got no rep. At approximately 1am I went back and the quest was repopped and I got rep. 250 per quest.

Island Expeditions are absolutely terrible and fuck blizzard for gating a large chunk of AP behind doing them. I could understand doing like 2 for a weekly. But you need to do like 5-7 on heroic. They're dumb, not engaging at all.

So the raid releases on Sept 4th Theoretically you could do 30 M0 before it releases, that's 30 hydrocore or 2 items crafted - which is stated as being the max amount a particular craft can make. I don't really see the problem.
