Role quests unlock at level 85 in the MSQ. You can’t miss them, it takes you right to them and has a dialogue box to click through about them.

Yep same here. I hit a roadblock at 88, needed to do one dungeon to hit 89 and continue MSQ. Otherwise just mainlined MSQ
