Yeah MTGO PTQs have always been insane. Before the PPTQ changes you'd have 600+ player events which would go like 13+ rounds of swiss. It was bad. MOCS was like that too.

Pretty much the story of my MTGO life. The old 500 player events where only 1 person really gets anything and you spend like 15 hours playing for a bunch of packs you don't really care about.

Yeah I'm 7-4 with the 2nd best record in the league so you've got a bit of a cushion. Honestly not terribly happy with my roster. The starters are mostly decent but bye weeks are so bad because my bench is mostly pure poop. We'll see how the playoffs go.

You can tell when they're avoiding stuff for budget reasons, which is understandable. The fight stuff with the daughter was pretty bad though. In general the show seems decent enough that I'll be watching the rest of the season unless it falls off a cliff.
