This deck seemed pretty sweet watching it in action. Also pretty awesome that it wasn't necessarily the intuitive build of B/G instead of U/B. Not a huge amount of brews unfortunately, most of the decks were pretty well known quantities, but this one at least wasn't.

At competative REL different people register the pool vs who builds and plays the deck so it makes it more difficult to cheat. Of course there will be some amount of cheating still, but there's plenty of cheating in constructed as well.

This is an excellent change. Registration will take a little longer but you'll have a lot less butthurt and fewer drops at the start of events which is all good. This would have been excellent at both Modern Masters GPs as well.
