The dailies are only really useful if you're hunting for legendaries or rep. Beyond that they're ignorable. The broken shore ones are required to get rep up but that doesn't take long (and they're retarded fast)

There's a powrrlevelling exploit in stormheim during assaults on that island at the top right. Just group with a 110 and have them chain kill and they can level you in like 20 minutes/level
