Yeah it all leads to the same ending, only thing that will be slightly different will be dialog you have with characters at the end.

Yes you make choices and if you make a bad choice then yeah, you die, your choices also dictate what happens to characters later on or in a situation.

The thing with Eccos though is they will last you years. I still have the first pair I bought 4 years ago and they look almost new. They are totally worth it when you think how many shoes you'll buy through the years to replace shoes.
