Yes. Bioware is pretty obvious about it in their games, maybe I'm just used to it from ME2, DA2, ME3 and recently swtor. They're all the same and they don't add anything to the game.

I finished chapter 3 of the Agent Story line and it ended as strong as it began. Kinda dabbled with starting Makeb and haven't really decided if I want to do another storyline or try ops/raid route. I'm going to at least go through all the regular group instances once.

Wasn't bad. It went from funny to dark at the end but I have no regrets after watching it.

One thing I don't understand about MMO auction houses, not just SWTOR, is the inability to buy individual items from a stack. The only place I've seen it done is EVE and I was blown away why every MMO didn't use that model. But the biggest thing that bugs me about GTN and SWTOR chat in general...

I played through the solo progression in Tears of Veeshan and it wasn't bad. I didn't want to get super serious about raiding so I stopped there, but there were still quite a few guilds raiding the expansion content on Freeport at various levels of skill/time commitment.

I played around with it a little when I got home. As far as I can tell its access primarily from a directory with no way to access your 'front door' or visible neighborhoods. Which is something that sometimes sounds like a good idea, but they end up being the ghost towns that are the player...

I personally don't think so but I'm the type of player who likes to take their time. The base leveling pace is already pretty good and I'm usually 2-3 levels above the area in which I am questing. It will come down to how fast you want to barrel toward max level. Here are some similar threads...

Oh and as an addendum I have had no problems or ran into any bugs once I got the email snafu sorted out. Pretty fun game and I'm enjoying the imperial agent storyline quite a bit.

I check the swtor subreddit every few days and I still see this popping up. Seems like a dumb way to frustrate people into not playing.

Origin sells them like that if you haven't tried there yet. I had problems with the swtor billing but I was able to buy a code off Origin that was emailed.

That I received some generic form response with a link to the forums and a closed ticket with no attempt to communicate with me is incompetent. The solution I found wasn't even on the forums it was in a year old post on reddit and I had to mess with their fairly dysfunctional email confirmation...

It wasn't a technical problem at all. I'd entered the email account I already had attached to the game when it asked for a verification email to play a high level character so it didn't actually send the email verification. Since I hadn't verified my email to the games satisfaction it had locked...

I hope that's not the case because while I'm not very attached to my character and I liked the game enough to purchase a sub(standard edition), I'm certainly not going set myself up to be screwed again with another lost character. I'll wait and see what customer service says and if it's some BS...

I have a Nvidia 650ti. I updated the video drivers and OS(Win7) with no luck. My firewall is managed by Symantec Endpoint Protection, but why would it let me create and log in one character and not log in another? But I will look at it when I get home just to be thorough.

Are there any mentor systems in game, like deleveling to match a person or auto scaling instances so higher levels can play with lower levels?

The star-fighter pvp is the only thing I don't really like so far.

Playing an Agent(Operative). A healer with backstab, grenades and stuns is kinda fun in pvp so far. But I'm only level 13 or so.
