Brisket 3 done in the smoker. Texture much improved and I got the nice black bark I was looking for. The only issue here was that the bark was just a little saltier than I wanted it to be.
This time I trimmed the brisket real nice and for the rub, I used avocado oil along with it. Reasoning...
Mage quest needs to be harder to complete. It's by far the easiest one to finish. All mage deck's basic packages include what is necessary to complete it.
Now that I kinda figured out questlock I kind of like it. I like the handlock cards and the brinkmanship low life cards.
It is solitaire tho as you don't need to give a shit about what your opponent plays. You just want to burn your spells and survive to kill them by milling yourself.
Mage is pretty clearly going to be the problem deck. No minion spell mage was already good. With the quest you also give it a win condition you can do nothing about. The deck already had no problems drawing most of their cards.
I like the warrior quest. I got the warrior, dh, warlock and shaman quests in 75 packs with gold. Also got Cariel Roame, shaman battlecry legendary... And I forget anything else that might have stood out.
If you watch his "personal" stream called ZackRawrr or whatever there is a huge difference between his on-stage Asmongold presence and his normal one. It is absolutely a cultivated act done intentionally. Works well for the dude.
Watching it now. Appears to be more cozy than the usual ones like this. He doesn't have any particular advantages other than knowing the route he doesn't want to take. So he is starting college again but going to some art college as opposed to going to business school or whatever he did before...
I'm by no means a brisket expert but I think 16 hours or whatever you did for a small brisket is probably too long... @Kiki would be a better resource here but brisket shouldn't fall apart like carnitas unless it's extremely overcooked.
You give them too much credit. Even at their absolute best Blizzard was mediocre when it came to lore and stories. They had decent and memorable characters but all of their stories were very basic. The Arthas storyline is probably the best they ever did. The problem with it is that they just...
if it fell apart like pulled pork its because all the tissue broke down. 12 hours shouldn't have done it unless it was an unusual cut of brisket or something else was up. How hot was it in there?
Most states give you a pre-paid debit card kind of thing. If you pay attention at the grocery store and you have a shitbird in front of you they will almost certainly be using it.
