I like the individual foods in most of the dishes, but I don't see why they all need to be heaped together. I guess they're designed for the type of people that throw all their food into a big pile when they go to buffets. I keep things separate.

If I have to assemble and/or disassemble the food then it's difficult to eat, imo. I don't go out and pay my hard-earned money to have people shove a bunch of ingredients onto a skewer only to have me immediately remove them from the skewer. Shit's silly!
