I think I know the bread he's talking about, as I used to buy it, too. It tastes decent enough, as well. You can find normal sandwich slices of white bread for 80 calories a slice, and they go as low as 40 - 60 calories a slice if you get the super "healthy" brands.

The lowest I can go with my burgers is medium, and I tend to prefer medium-well. A little bit of pink in the center of a burger is alright, but I think it just tastes/feels disgusting when it's basically a pile of raw ground beef. It's not at all like eating a medium-rare steak.

I haven't seen this specific advertisement, but I routinely go out and order healthy stuff when watching football or whatever. A few bottles of miller lite + grilled chicken sandwich means I can have an enjoyable night out with my buddies and keep it under 800 calories or so.
