You never had to go above 110. You can get 295 azerite gear at 110 by just doing the questlines long enough. The first 3 rewards are 280, the next 3 are 295. Then you leave your two best legendaries equipped and Antorus Gear if you raided on that char at 110. And yea, you would rip islands...

It's apparently only happening Horde side. The alliance caches are scaling, this Honorbound cache for the Horde from today is not.

It's not scaling at all. Its 340 on all my characters, regardless of their ilvl. Even on my 385 warlock.
