yep once you've got a spare 100 mil or more start checking the night vendor regularly for boss pieces. 150 mil or so for kzarka, 300 mil ish for dandelion.

Try disabling your AV. I had crash issues and it was caused by trend micro fighting with XignCode.

It should have the same class openness as you can choose any weapon combination and has a somewhat similar active/passive system. I only just finished downloading it so haven't had a chance to try it yet.
