PVP keys are separate from PVE keys. If you get a PVP key you can only play on the PVP server.

They will not be wiping the beta characters. They will come back at some point as playable, in what capacity I don't know yet. With that being said, I fully expect a forced restart to test the new class changes. How this will be handled is anyone's guess.
