sure I don't mind, but at this point I don't really plan to buy packs, just the singles I need for decks.
Also keep in mind if you use Japanese cards in your deck you're required by the rules to have an English copy (outside of the deck) to show your opponent if they ask.
This tournament has actually kickstarted me to start playing paper magic again. With Delver Lens I feel like playing in Japan would be ok, and I dug my old cards out of storage so I should have plenty of trade fodder.
Just need to pick a place to play now.
I really need to get back into Prereleases. Someone showed me an app which will translate cards if you hover over them with your smartphone which is a gamechanger.
2 things I need to vent about:
#1 The matchmaking in this game is absolute ass. I queue monoblue? Nothing but Monoblue and Monored matchups.
I queue my green stompy fun deck? Nothing but Golgari and Control.
#2 Growth spiral is not ok. Who thought it was a good idea to accelerate control...
I run Ixalan's binding so that was a pretty fun game
That guy? You mean Pewdiepie? One of the most recognizable and famous people on the planet?
P.S Go sub to him.
So it seems there's a Japanese comedian called Ariyoshi who goes around to the different Burger chains in Japan and chooses from their list of "Rejected burger ideas" and they make it. This is how we get these monstrosities:
Tomami Burger
Niku Niku Niku burger (Meat Meat Meat)
Blueberry...
I got a big fat zero. Also
Why did I get a certain number of tokens?
The initial number of tokens you received is based on previous purchases made on your account.
Logged in, dicked around for a bit, completed the Lunastra chain, did a few Tempered Deviljhoe and got my ass kicked by Behemoth.
Feels like I'm missing a layer of content somewhere though. How do I unlock the rotating stuff?
I'm going to need a guide at some point for what to do next for people who played the main story mission, ground Teostra like 50 times and never got a gem, and then stopped playing.
No, but it's well known that it's split into 3-episode long chunks and each one has a new girl. I think there's 7 or so out so far, we'll probably get 4 in the first cour of the show.
