I've been cautious this earnings season for this exact reason. For a long while, we have perfection priced into markets. The headwinds I see are inflation costs, supply chain issues, increased labor costs, etc. These are all things to listen for for Q4 guidance. I want to be more involved here...

It's been mentioned in this thread quite a few times. Stop losses can get blown right past on a fast move. You posted a chart with a halt down and the resumption skipped right on past. You can put in your SL order for $15, but if the next buyer is clear down at $8.30.. you get hit like this...

DWAC second halt down. This is GME all over again. The sheer volume.

There are a ton of stocks halting up with monster 600-1000% moves with this DWAC craze. DWAC still in a halt from earlier. Showing $190 bid on the level2. Yet to resume though. This dwarfs GME in the % gains. This stock was $10 two days ago. Warrants were 50c and showing $74 currently

I'm taking a starter of UVXY up here. 1/8th position. (Lots of room to add higher) This was a rocket move up in the markets, definitely due for a pullback, if not a cooling. Being Friday today, I'd expect (hope) some profit taking will be happening.

So.. that DWAC spac hit $89 this morning premarket. Warrants hit $28.44 .. they were about 50c two days ago before all of this madness started. Incredible.

Get that, but this was a daytrade. I am out already. When 100D and 200D moving averages happen to align to the penny, that is some serious support to try a trade. It's all about probability / risk v reward. Easy decision to take on a big position with intent to cut it if we break ~5c below...

@Shonuff grabbed 2k shares of NCLH when it bounced nearly to the penny off of the $27.32 100D/200D support which are currently aligned. Daytrade.

Kick that debt ceiling can down the road & clear over that 436 daily SPY pivot I have been discussing and you see the strong upward overnight move we have today. My advice is don't chase. There's likely going to be some profit taking. Wait for some small pullbacks and grab the names you like...
