Sorry, I meant underneath the grills. The grease is supposed to drip into a trap, but there's a ton of buildup on the inside of my grill. Should I just use heavy duty oven cleaner inside as well?

Not sure where else to ask this. Is there a preferred method for cleaning inside a grill underneath the grates? I'm getting a ton of flare ups and noticed there's a ton of build up on the inside. Any products I should look at?

Got the weather techs today, so far so good. Material seemed a little thinner than I thought it would be, but as long as they last I don't care. The back seat liner fit really snug and awesome. The front seat ones were a little less tight but still seemed good. Hoping for the best.

True, but some brown rice (whole grain basmati) has a pretty low glycemic index so spikes will be controlled.

The easiest thing to prep is to just buy some broccoli, brown rice (basmati is ok too), and chicken breasts. It takes all of 30-45 minutes to prep and cook, then you just portion it out into tupperware. Some people do the full 7 days but I feel after 3 or 4 days the chicken is turning nasty.
