velious beta is up and running for the general public if you want to participate, log into your P99 character and type /beta twice, then logout and find the beta server on the emu list i just had a blast running around with <Azure Guard> in Velketor's Labyrinth.... a couple of the GMs...

copied my paladin from Vox to Test.... the extra HP regen from the auto-granted leadership AAs is ridiculous at my level. my combat HP regen is now 241 (was 41 before)... should be an extra 200HP/tick at level 51 too... leveling up melees just got even easier.

there is still some debate on the issue, but the P99 devs and many players do claim that AC works correctly on P99. idk about other EMU servers.... probably mostly a mixed bag.
