I'm curious too, when compared to Thorn especially. Is it worth blowing coins on? (I don't have thorn yet either but am close once i finish the pvp crap)

Sad no more free chest in Crota or being able to solo the lantern or bridge sections. The changes were all necessary though. I just wish I would have had a chance to cheese it all (including Crota) for a little longer before the patch.

I got Up For Anything auto rifle. I didn't bother to check it that closely, but I'm pretty sure it's terrible compared to my Suros so it will be trashed.

Finally got thorn bounty. If i can ever not suck at pvp I'll get to see what all the fuss about thorn is. It's the only weapon on that list you guys have been making of must haves that i might have soon (assuming xur is an a-hole again tomorrow and doesn't sell ib or ghelly)

Seriously? I really need to read up on how to do both raids. I just hit 31 and if I can solo a lot of it for chests, then I need to get going on that!

I think they changed the way raid chests work this week. When I was doing Crota raid for the first chest, it randomly moved locations every time I died. I saw it in the 2nd 'free' location, died, ran back, and it wasn't there. Died again and went to check the easiest 'free' spawn spot right...

What's an mtu? I can't get in either. Psn status says intermittent connectivity issues due to high user volume.

Really? My Netflix icon showed a lock on it (just like Destiny) and I couldn't get it to load without first signing into PSN.

I hear ya man. Family in town and we have been wanting to watch Netflix movies all holiday, but with PSN down I can't get Netflix to work on my PS4. We had to resort to using the super clunky, slow interface of the Netflix smart tv app...first world problems, I know.

When you use the war map and have to spend power, how do you know which one to do next? I had the option to open an area that cost 4 power, or 8 power. I tried the 8 power one first and loaded into an area with level 12 undead and they ate me. Then I didn't have enough power to open the other...

I need to level up a second character just for free chests if nothing else. I seem to get nothing but shards from the crota chest every. Single. Time.

Pick up squads (matchmaking) are fine, but they don't allow it on Weekly, Nightfall, or Raids. Really though, you can solo 95% of this game...basically everything but the raid once you level and gear up. I made it to 30 solo and am just now grouping with friends to make stuff easier/more...

Did you guys get your husk relatively quickly? I've run through the first part of the Fist of Crota mission about 40x and killed the Crota Knights on earth patrol and moon patrol about 25x and have never seen the husk drop.

Just got my first vanguard rank up since DLC and was awarded 'Another NITC' (new scout rifle). Love scout rifles so going to give it a try. Has stagger mod and ammo return on miss. Guess my newly traded-in Suros is going to collect dust for a bit. I didn't want to take the time to level up...

I still don't understand why they haven't at least added matchmaking for weekly and nightfall (or even raiding...come on Bungie, get over yourself. Your raids aren't sooo hard that only friends can finish them). Would add so much more enjoyment for me if I could just jump on and do the weekly...

Was it just me or was the new strike really difficult (in the boss room with all the adds mainly)? I seemed to die a lot and I don't know if it was just the arc burn or if it was really that much harder than all the other strikes in the game. Nightfall must be seriously brutal.

ePSXe emulator should run it just fine, if that's what you are asking?
