Anyone know if the sharing of PSN logins would work for the digital version of Destiny on the PS3? I know you can load your PSN purchases on a couple of different consoles, but didn't know if that applied to a game that required constant internet connectivity. I do this with my brother...

So I need to be looking at the impact bar NOT the damage number? Crap, I probably threw away some good guns. I was wondering why my rifle with 55 damage seemed to take forever to kill mobs compared to some of my 39 damage weapons...the impact bar is barely visible.craaaaap

I think I've got a 63 or 65 damage sniper rifle. I'll check when I get home.

How far have you guys gotten on the explore mission? I was able to find some level 20 mobs on the forgotten shore but wasn't able to get past them. I also found some level ??? hallowed mobs underground. Also, loot chests are based on your level not the level of the mobs around them it looks...

That was probably my average score in the few PVP rounds I tried, and I wasn't on a Vita so I have no excuses. I am beyond terrible at it. So embarrassing.

Has anyone managed to kill a hallowed ogre yet? Ran into one yesterday and 3 of us (lv 8) couldn't even damage him. I've seen a few hallowed acolytes down in the dark a few times too but they were also ??? level and immune to my damage.

Got the beta downloaded and installed, then it requires another update to play, but it's only 24MB. This is on PS3.

Background downloading Destiny beta for ps3 now. Says 45 min to go. PS3 users once you do everything Spronk said, go into "my downloads" on the PSN Store and click the Destiny Beta to start the 5.5 gig download.

Hmmm my Destiny Beta download says 5667 MB... (I never got an initial install, update, or the 11 gig big download) This is for PS3 if it matters.

Got the PSN store to load on my pc and redeemed one of my beta codes. When I log into the PSN store on the PS3, aand go to view downloads (thats where I go to download it right?) it says no content found...as if I've never downloaded anything before on my ps3. ugh

I'm at about the same spot you are. After Evelyn I went to the west beach and killed the level 7 named orc. Haven't done anything since then. Thinking I'd try Black Rock Cove or whatever that is behind the orc I just killed, or go towards the church.

Good call! I started checking the zombie's inventory after Evelyn died and was eventually able to buy a legendary amulet. Glad I wasn't the only one who had this happen to them.

When you kill Evelyn in her lair is she supposed to drop any loot? Every time I killed her I got no magical, rare, or legendary items...and the only unique I got was "Jahan's Boots" (no stats, 4 armor..the same boots he joins your party with). What's up with that?

I didn't want to start all over so I've been branching out with my class skills now that I'm becoming more familiar with the game. Started with a cleric (I was dumb and thought only they got a heal spell to start hah) and rogue. Since then I've added witchcraft to my rogue so he can self cast...

I do that too! So far every boss or ornate chest I will keep reloading over and over. It's crazy addicting. For every hour of playtime I probably only spend about 15-20 min actually playing the game and the rest is reloading to try and get better loot drops.

Do the bosses have a random loot table when it comes to uniques? I've encountered my first boss (I think) at the lighthouse and about half the time I can get him to drop "Clobbering Time" (1h weapon) but no other uniques in about 10 kills. Did get a legendary drop once along with the unique too.
