Also interested in the new Control game. I really enjoyed the first one but never played the Alan Wake games that tie into them. I liked the mystery of that world with the oldest house and wierd shit.

Death Standing 2 was a good game but no way it was game of the year. Glad Expedition 33 got their wins, that game felt way more memorable than the other games I've played this year. Also lol at E33 and also PoE2 shadow drop additional content, and Blizzard charges for their "expansion pack".

With DX12 or whatever it is I suffer from the lockups that reloads the whole game. With Vulkan it seemed less frequent. But I had horrible fps in breaches on my 3080. Not sure if it has been patched since mid-league.

Albion is a bitch to build up. Small islands and annoying swamps. Current Main City right now, trying to make the farm and industry area a bit better now while I wait for stuff to build and ship.

I'm not fan of Albion. Depressing weather and the houses all look the same. I spend 90% of my time in Latium. Took a few days break, but will continue my playthrough today. Still need to get Hand mirrors up and running in Albion and the last of the T4 amenities going.

Yes I think its easier than Anno 1800 to get past Albion. But if you want to min max demanda then you need to get there. I'm finishing Amphitheater soon and the last demands in T4 seems to need Albion for sure. Played from 9am to 9pm... God damn my ass hurt.

At Tier 4 now, will take some building in Albion to max their needs out now. Started the Amphitheatre but after some "beautyfication" and adding all the big buildings for T4 I lost some workers, need to get up to 400 workers again now before I resume the project.

I had some wierd settings in the demo. Looked really blurry. I finally found how to change them. Saw a post they removed some motion blur or something in day 1 patch, so maybe it looks even better now. Will see in two hours when I get home.

Have they announced any pricing at all on any of the hardware? The box and controller looks interesting. I tried VR 2 years ago or something but ended up selling it due to crappy games, just felt I was too early in getting one. Maybe they might be worth getting in a few years.
