I actually liked C&C 3 : Kane's Wrath quite a bit. There's still people playing online. Getting it to work on Steam and setting up the whole Origin thing... was not fun though. Once I got through that it was very, very enjoyable.

That's really all they needed to do was have the ability to hostile other players in the game. Make private games = no griefing. Most people make goddamn solo games anyways. I even lock mine from friends being able to join without invite :P. That would change if they had just taken this...

They shoe horned item loot pvp into EQ (and it was great). Pretty sure it'd be just fine to make the easier server where deaths don't take xp. Rather they all just had xp loss on death and rezzes gave it back.

Okay so make a WoW-y server, then make a server with real xp loss on death, corpse runs etc. I agree the millions out there wouldn't make it too far in a game with xp loss on death and long, naked corpse runs. But it doesn't mean you can't please the niche that wants it by adding this on...

I definitely enjoy the build possibilities in this game much more than D3. I'm just saying, given the incoming wipe, I'll play D3 until the wipe and hopefully the CT league is a permanent fixture by then.
