Of course, but even with the comment they've lost more SB's than any other franchise doesn't really apply to the Belichick/Brady era Pats. Winning 6 out of 9 is pretty good when you had teams like Buffalo/Minnesota. Even the 5 total losses merely equals the Broncos' 5 losses in Super Bowls.

I think it's been true for certain seasons, especially recently where Pats start slow or look vulnerable in a match up with another good team that they lose in the regular season...but any defensive issues or O line problems all seem to come together and get worked out for them come playoff time...

Seems like a weird quirk. Be curious to know if there were comebacks against teams that were "winning teams" which to me would mean above .500 record end of the year. The stat could be even crazier than it sounds originally.

Is that stat only for teams having a winning record at the time the game was played? Pretty sure they were down in the 4th quarter to the Bears week 1 last year when he came back from injury to win.

He did make contact more than once with the receiver that play. Just feels like refs decide on the fly whether the defender is ever actually pulling at the receiver or not b/c a lot of these plays you see that same level of contact.

Scantling needs to know where he is on the field. Feel like he could have dragged the feet and still caught that. But all the Packers' receivers behind Adams are basically just guys with one trick each.

Weird to get a win, even if the Lions did all they could for us to get there. Haskins still looks super raw, not sure he'll ever get there. Did a few nice things late that might help give him confidence. Still a long way from being sold on his potential.

We still play heavy, honestly Hathaway has been our biggest fighter this year if I'm not mistaken and he's out for 3 games now. I thought that Gudas might take over that role since Tom Wilson is now an offensive weapon and PKer that we need on the ice at all times, but Hathaway has been tough.

Hey man, 4th game in 6 nights gotta take a bit of a toll on us. It's also 8th game in 14 nights. After tonight we only play 1 game in the next week so they might be looking ahead to bit of a break.

Maybe it's because I've started reading the books (about 100 pages into book 3 right now, really not sure if I want to get into book 4 before this season or just go in blind) but it comes across as more than just needing dick.

I get they were never going to get the look spot on from the books b/c they mostly abandoned the extreme Belter thin look early on with the show...but she doesn't come across as the super capable tech person at all, even the chemistry between her and Holden feels pretty forced.

At least in Rivers case for a lot of games you can run the ball with Gordon/Ekeler a bit. Tampa really doesn't have that consistently at all.

Rivers can't help himself. Why hit the easy 10-20 yard stuff with tons of time when you can chuck it up to some random downfield and get picked.
