The car, as far as I know, is still at the park. 4 dogs out there right at this moment. They haven't found anything yet. Which, if it was a boxed in area, I'd say was a bad sign. But, it's got the river, so there's always the chance he just waded out into that. Or, he faked his own death...

Yeah, the dad told me no one was allowed to go with the search party, not even law enforcement. Nothing yet, but it's only been 6ish hours, and that's a lotta ground for 4 dogs. They'll eliminate a good chunk of territory to make the weekend easier though.

Alright, well, got some more info from the parents, pretty satisfied I know why now. No point in explaining it here, guy doesn't deserve to have everyone know what was too much for him to handle for the rest of eternity. But at least I'm satisfied that I have some answers, and if we can find him...

The dad finally got back to me. They're bringing in 4 cadaver dogs tomorrow, so hopefully it'll all be over soon.
