The "buff" it gives you, Shaper's Presence, is an aura. Not that big a deal unless you're stacking buffs.

Prepare to be whelmed. I'm still learning how best to tweak this mechanic, especially since PoB(fork or not) doesn't parse increase aura effect notables. You can get around that easily, sure, but it makes really hard to determine whether spending all those point on notables is truly worth it...

Sure, but what notables? I couldn't find any that gave damage increases comparable to nodes(~3% per point) on the tree. I liked the idea behind the blind one, but the percentage isn't high enough to be reliable.
