Come now, everyone embellishes in this league (although to be fair, the NHL isn't soccer). The only reason you pay attention to Ovechkin's embellishments is because he's Ovechkin. I was only pointing out there are far better examples of it. Fair point on the Isles outplaying you...at least...

Hahaha, Pierre is hard to tune out watching a game. It's always nice when he's not on the broadcast team. You spend a lot of time looking for Ovechkin "diving" gifs. I would imagine there have to be much better ones to troll with than him falling down, then getting up...and a stick actually...

I don't know about 95% of the game. At least half of the 3rd you could feel that push by the Pens slowly starting to wear on the Isles. By the end of the 3rd they looked like they were just holding on for OT. Granted the Isles did put some nice shifts together in OT, but the Pens did as well...

Isles blow it, they deserved better over the course of the whole game they were the better team tonight. Credit the Pens though (plus my prediction for the series ends up dead on).

Listening to Pierre slurp the Isles fans has reached over the top levels. Awesome atmosphere but he takes away from it with him being himself. As the Isles allow the Pens to tie it after dominating the first half of the period.

Man got home late only got a chance to see highlights of Wings/Ducks today. I just saw Wings up 3-1 in the 3rd and figured they coasted to forcing a Game 7. That series has been pretty crazy, 4 OT's and every Wings win was in OT. I did predict Ducks in 7 cause I know how much Boudreau loves...

Ovie hasn't had a real "dirty" hit in a long time. Much like Geno, neither is a guy out looking to hurt people, they just play the game hard. Ovechkin gets a little too reckless at times, and Geno can let his frustration get the best of him at times.

I'd just turn around and laugh at him. Yeah obviously it's a dick move though, just pointing out that sometimes you can get under Malkin's skin and encourage him to take retaliation penalties.

Malkin is too easy to provoke sometimes. Strange game, Vokoun has been solid as fuck. Isles really were dominate for a good 20-25 min from part of the way through 1st into the 2nd, then the Pens started scoring and it evened up a whole lot more. Frustration set in, plus a pretty weak 2nd goal...

With Hershey getting knocked out of AHL playoffs (Caps farm team), rumors are Tom Wilson was one of the call ups to the Caps roster, but not just for the "Black Aces", he was taking regular line rushes on 4th line. Erat has been ruled out for Game 5, and I assume Eric Fehr moves up to 2nd line...

Yeah supposedly she's friends with Reimer's wife(?)...was explained they were reacting to a fan near them. Terrible effort by Ovechkin on that play...although would be nice if we weren't depending on him to cover other people's blown coverages and missed clearing attempts.

Still, the Isles game will be a good one to go to as well. Sometimes it's nice getting to watch a neutral game you can just enjoy it and not be living and dying on every rush. I just foresee another OT game, I just hope it has a happy ending.

At least we got some life after the Perreault goal, then Brouwer made a really nice play with a great backhand. Somehow, we're tied in this game despite getting outplayed for the first 30-33 minutes and Holtby giving away a freebie.
