Yep, trying out Switzerland as a learning experience atm. Never got into CK2, but spend way too many hours in EU3.

Nerf Alliance. They now start with 100 less gold per game!

They gave up because Alliance dominated early and their strat was blown so little chance of them coming back.

The first question I would ask if I was creating a company to enter the games market, was could the company survive the complete failure of a product? If not, then the scope / scale / budget should be dropped to the point where the answer is a yes. Obviously no one wants a complete failure...
